Receptionist

Summary
Efficient Frontier's Receptionist is responsible for welcoming clients, answering phones, managing client visits, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and other office administrative duties. The Receptionist must be organized, detail-oriented, and friendly.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Answer and transfer phone calls, set up conference calls
  • Greet and announce visitors
  • Maintain the kitchen and conference rooms
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, FedEx, and faxes
  • Maintain and order office supplies and groceries
  • Organize various paper and electronic files
  • Schedule conference rooms for meetings
  • Assist with other projects as needed

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • At least one year work experience as a receptionist in a professional office environment
  • Computer literacy with skill and experience in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and organizational abilities
  • Professional attitude and excellent telephone etiquette
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Punctuality
